Exactly What Is A Service Plan?

A maintenance agreement with Michigan Tech Group, LLC is a popular option for companies who don't have an IT Staff on board, but do rely on computers for much of their company's welfare. It includes a bank of onsite service hours, that do not expire over time (depending on which one you choose), purchased at a reduced rate, in bulk. These hours can be used for anything from virus removal to general network maintenance, and PC repair. A Service Plan covers all labor hours only. Parts are extra. Onsite response time is 4 to 6 hours. Phone or Remote Support response time is 30 to 60 minutes.

Fixed Monthly Cost

For a fixed monthly fee, we repair problems that come up with any covered software or hardware. Our program is a comprehensive service plan that provides dependable service, local and remote network management, and sophisticated monitoring of your important and critical systems.

When you need service, you call directly to Michigan Tech Group, LLC' Support Center, where your call is answered directly by a call coordinator. Our standard plan guarantees you'll talk to a technician within 30 minutes and he'll be at your office no later than 4 hours from the time a technician is dispatched. This service includes all labor and travel. There are 3 plans to choose from.

Michigan Tech Group, LLC' call tracking system allows Service Managers to follow the progress of your call, until it is resolved.

A Service Agreement by Michigan Tech Group, LLC is a comprehensive service plan that provides dependable service, local and remote network management, and sophisticated monitoring of your important and critical systems. A Service Agreement provides the IT service for businesses that require full-time management on a part time budget. These services are provided monthly, and continue for the length of the Service Agreement:

6 Hours per month (time expires each month)

Monthly Support Agreement designed to maximize technology usage and minimize downtime. Typically for offices with 1-5 workstations. $450/mo. (SAVE $270/mo.)

10 hours per month (time expires each month)

Monthly Support Agreement designed to maximize technology usage and minimize downtime. Typically for offices with 5-10 workstations. $650mo. (SAVE $550/mo.)

14 Hours per month (time expires each month)
